Delivery within NZ

We will make every effort to deliver your item as soon as possible, typically 5-7 working days from payment confirmation. From time to time, certain items may run out of stock and may mean slight delays in re-stocking. We shall make every effort to notify and keep you informed should you have to experience longer than the standard delivery.

If an item becomes out of stock or discontinued after order receipt, you shall be contacted and offered an alternative in-stock item where possible or your money refunded.


Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items

On receipt of goods any damage to packaging must be endorsed on the carrier’s note and in the event of damaged or missing goods please inform LeisureGrow within 2 working days. We will exchange items that are damaged or defective. Our FREEPHONE helpline number is 0508 333654.


Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 7 working days from date of receipt. Contact us on our FREEPHONE number 0508 333654 or email quoting the sales receipt/invoice reference. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough insurance to cover their value.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Select what you would like to purchase from the Product Category, select freight options etc and proceed to make payment. We require 100% payment on ordering which can be made by credit card, cheque payment or by direct credit. All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars.
